1/08 – 9/08 Parallax Builders- Houston, Texas. Superintendent- In charge of restaurant construction from demolition to completion including job turn-over to client appointed project representative for Chase banks.
08/07- 12/07 U. S. Builders – Houston, Texas. Superintendent- In charge of all mall sites’ construction activities starting with first ground breaking, including underground utilities, to completion of the project. Turn-over to client appointed project representatives for Ross stores, Pet-
Co., and three other small shops in between the larger projects was included in my duties.
07/01- 08/07 Tri-C Construction- Houston, Texas. Project Superintendent Responsibilities and activities were the same as above.
02/00- 06/01 Wyckoff Construction Galveston/Texas City, Texas. Construction Manager- Responsibilities were the same as above for turnkey construction of a 4-story 15,000 sq. ft. building for the Galveston-Texas City Pilots Headquarters. This also included budget control and scheduling all labor.
08/99- 05/01 Chance Construction Wal-Mart – Alexandria, Louisiana
Construction Manager- In charge of remodeling Sam’s Club and Super Wal-Mart Stores, duties and responsibilities were the same as above from demolition phase through completion. Responsibilities also included qualifying and hiring contractors, budget control, and working with client appointed project representatives to job completion.

Superintendent- Supervised contractors in all phases of construction of fuel service stations for Randall’s grocery stores from start to finish.
