•Managed and supervised five, twelve unit, condos with a combined value of thirteen million dollars
•Manage all aspects of the residential building process through rigorous quality control measures.
•Maintain the schedule and budget for each unit under construction.
•Inspected all trade contractor work to make sure it met company, county and state quality standards.
•Managed and coordinated schedules between all subcontractors and vendors. This included 200 or more personnel over the duration of any given project.
•Responsible for maintaining EPA standards and passing inspections for all my jobsites.
•Ranked in-top 10 of 60 field managers based on customer satisfaction and a 3rd party quality inspection.
•The neighborhoods I was actively building in were consistently in the top three of thirty throughout the division in safety and structural inspections.
•Centex participated in after paint third party quality inspections in which I achieved a 95% average over the course of sixty units. I also maintained a J.D. Power survey average of 9.3 out of 10. Both of these scores were in the top 12% of field managers in the company.
