• Civil / Mechanical Superintendent for $60MM Benzene Reformate Heartcut Project at ConocoPhillips’ Alliance Refinery. Supervise three different General Contractors, with 30 Craftsmen working in area of Field Supervision while insuring Schedule adherence, sequencing and proper updating. Project to date has an OSHA TRIR of 0.0.
• Civil / Mechanical Superintendent for a $140MM Cat Cracker Feed Unit CO Boiler Wet Gas Scrubber Project at ConocoPhillips’ Alliance Refinery. Supervised four different General Contractors, with 60 Craftsmen working in area of Field Supervision while insuring Schedule adherence, sequencing and proper updating. Project to date has an OSHA TRIR of 0.48.
• Civil / Mechanical Superintendent for $40MM Crude Heater Unit SCR Project at ConocoPhillips’ Alliance Refinery, including Turn-Around for final Tie-in. Supervised six different General Contractors, with 120 Craftsmen working in area of Field Supervision at peak of Turn-Around while insuring Schedule adherence, sequencing and proper updating. Project finished with an OSHA TRIR of 0.0.
Project Controls Experience at Universal Personnel (2007 – 2008)
• Lead Scheduler for $140MM Cat Cracker Feed Unit CO Boiler Wet Gas Scrubber Project at ConocoPhillips’ Alliance Refinery. Coordinate and Direct Planners, Schedulers and Project Management, as CPM Schedule related, for: 3 Engineering Companies; 1 Procurement Company; and, 5 General Contracting Companies. Role was from second funding gate through initial Field Construction activities, when Schedule had been formalized and frozen, needing only Contractor updates to continue and Field Supervision needed qualified individual for Superintendent Role.
Project Controls Experience at TIC – The Industrial Company (2006 – 2007)
• Lead Scheduler and Field Engineer for two simultaneous SCR projects for Tampa Electric Company (TECO). Duties included Field Auditing, Client presentation of Schedule and updating twice a day during turn-around portions, and the Supervision and Updating of (3) Subcontractors for the Projects to include teaching Primavera based CPM Scheduling to Subcontractor Management personnel only familiar with Microsoft based Scheduling.
• Planner, Estimator and Field Engineer for TIC Maintenance Group at TECO. During tenure Planned and Estimated Maintenance activities for the Big Bend TECO Plant’s normal maintenance to be performed by TIC and for two separate turn-arounds. Left for Lead Scheduler Role with the new Construction Group performing SCR work within the same facility.

Organizational Skills
Scheduled, supervised and coordinated 361 maintenance projects within a six-month period for 24 Southeast Region based ships, without any rework, and including savings of over $150,000 in costs. Scope of responsibility included: Parts, Tool and Equipment Procurement; Composition of Formal Work Procedures; Scheduling Activities around ship operations (Iraq Surge) and other maintenance actions; and Contractor Quality of Work Inspection.
Leadership Skills
Managed, supervised and trained eighteen sailors including two in superior pay grade, onboard USS NIMITZ; twenty-four sailors, including four superior ranking, aboard RESOLUTE (AFDM-10); and, nine sailors, including four in superior pay grade at SIMA Mayport.
Organizational Skills
In addition to Scheduling and Planning, also performed SAP based Material and Tool Procurement, with maximum budget during my tenure being $255,000 per quarter for parts and $15,000 per Quarter for Tools; SAP Based Timekeeping for both activities performed and for daily attendance accountability for ten other sailors; and Certified Quality Assurance Inspection.
