Guided design and developed construction documents for prototype elementary school for Wyoming school district.

• Managed architectural team and consultants providing design services for various department and infrastructure projects at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital. Responsible for client and contractor communications, planning, design, construction administration.
• Developed effective solutions for Saint Joseph Master Plan, featuring New In-Patient and Out-Patient Entrance Scheme, circulation for Public, Patient, and Support Services, and a Master Plan Logic for campus building additions.

• Completed additions and remodels for the City of Colorado Springs, UMB Bank, and Pipefitters’ Union Hall.

• Directed design-build operations for U. S. Postal facilities, marketed two additional joint ventures, totaling $40 million.
• Turned around troubled projects with the City of Thornton. Won an additional annual contract for city work.
• Recruited new staff to provide design services and coordinate engineering consultants for design-build company’s development projects in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas. Designed and administered $4 million auto dealership in Durango, Colorado.
• Managed an international team of architects and engineers in the design for the $85 million, 500,000 sf Manitoba Entertainment Complex.
Senior Architect
City and County of Denver (1991-1994 term-limited position)
• Contracted for architectural services, managed design and construction of Bond and C.I.P. projects.
• Identified and programmed feasibility study for new 25,000 sf offices for the Denver Art Museum Administration, successfully renovating historic City building slated for demolition. Performed feasibility study for Asset Management for future Flour Mill Lofts.
• Successfully managed difficult construction and budget for McNichols Arena Support Facility.
