I took over a project that was being mismanaged, and had an upset Client. I audited the project, found monies that needed to be returned to the Client, and established weekly construction goals for timely completion. Saved the Client $1,600,000 and led to more work for the company throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Developed and lead a team for the design and construction of GMAC¡¯s Call and Data Center without impacting operations. I established procedures to protect the existing facilities by isolating them from the work area. The new processes lead to a successful project, sustained for the last four years and lead to future work throughout the United States.
Lead a team to interview and won project for a $3,297,000 project to build out a second floor inside an occupied building and install a hydraulic elevator while 1500 children attended school around the area we were working. I delivered three weeks early, and under budget, returning in excess of $78K to the school, which lead to more and higher profile clients. Lead with marginal direction to develop clients that doubled the size of the company and increasing the sales of the company by $56MM a year, including additional $20MM campus work and another church¡¯s $13 MM campus renewal plan.

Lead a team to design/build a series of foundations for machinery for Lockheed Martin for their Joint Strike Fighter assembly line. Responsible for a design/build project and interface with Client¡¯s Germany who was to provide the Machinery and the Structural and MEP Engineers. This involved very difficult construction standards trying to build in an occupied and running factory and not disrupt their work flow. The contract and construction criteria was extremely challenging including pouring concrete in an occupied building non-stop for 28 straight hours, and keeping the toxic gases and dirt controlled in the building. I created methods of how to contain the gases by encompassing the work site with parachutes, and ducting the gas out of the side of the building. We overcame all obstacles, completed the project on time and created an income in excess of $1 million in profit on these projects, and became a preferred Vendor for Lockheed Martin.
I was the Account Manager for high profile client¡¯s projects throughout the Metroplex. Responsible for a $15MM contract and a series of remodel projects and moving offices from one building to another as company downsized. Removed data center equipment and reinstalled it in new locations and shipped some of the older equipment to other sites around the country including removing large switchgear, transformers, generators, ATS switches, and ship them off to other sites.

Lead 257 men working 24/7 for 19 days and completed on time. As part of the design process, helped pick materials and methods. The initial project was for a remodel of 8 floors for their corporate headquarters which had to be built in 19 days, including an executive floor, open work pool floors, a data center, and shipping and receiving facilities.
