Duties also included overseeing and monitoring the construction of multi story structures, the monitoring of the subordinate superintendents and contractors working on the site, monitoring of the budgets, ordering of materials, risk management and managing the company safety and quality programs. I reviewed all schedules, budget, attended owners/designer meetings where I worked closely with owners representatives and designers to insure compliance to the plans & specifications and customer satisfaction. I was also responsible for the logistical plan of the equipment and materials for the hotel along with a 22 story luxury condominium to be built along with the hotel.
