• Overall project responsibility, from excavation to finish on homes worth in excess of $5MM. Setup, direction, scheduling and of daily evaluation of project activities.

• Complete responsibility for 4-6 projects at one time; grossing between $600 K and $1 MM each quarter. Managing in house staff of 9-15 employees.
