Hello-
My name is Chad Blahosky and I am currently seeking a commercial construction project manager position in the Minneapolis/St. Paul MN area. I have been fortunate enough to be a part of many different types of construction projects.
Projects such as the TCF U of M Gophers Stadium, U of M Fairview Children’s Hospital, Honeywell MN, Microsoft Campus in Renton WA, Penitentiaries, a Multi-Family Condominium, City Halls, a Transportation Facility, Naval Air Reserve Center, a Casino, a Convenient Store, a Church, a Retail Shell, Tenant Improvements, Schools, a Restaurant, and a Laboratory. The projects listed have all been profitable without fee erosion, which means they have been brought in on time and under budget.
With 11 years of experience and the wide range of projects I have been a part of, I know that my skill set will make a great impact. I have experience in estimating, bidding, running work and closing out projects. My experience has also led me to negotiated construction projects and public hard bid projects.
In the past I have worked with software packages which include: Penta, Prolog, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Timberline, Expedition and Primavera.
One of my strengths is building long lasting relationships with subcontractors and vendors. The result of good solid relationships come great respect, profitable construction projects and clients that remain well into the future.
I look forward to taking the next steps in the interview process.
