I'm genuinely searching for an organization that fosters teamwork and encourages personal growth within its associates.
Being well organized and utilizing effective communication skills has aided me in completing many fast pasted projects on time and within budget. My success with the Bank of America account led to my promotion to Lead Project Manager of the 5/3rd Banks for CENTX Commercial Division. My success was the direct result of my abilities to work with the Owners Reps, Architects, Engineers of record, Government Agencies and Owner vendors so that any issues were resolved quickly. Having the ability to listen, remain calm under pressure and express my ideas clearly has well established me as an effective communicator with whom everyone is comfortable and can trust.
In my roles as Project Engineer, Project Controls Analyst, Project Manager and Lead Project Manager, I have gained valuable experience on projects of various sizes and in all phases of development. I have been responsible for performing and overseeing Scope reviews, Cost Estimating, Initial Construction Scheduling and establishing Budgets occasionally for as many as sixteen projects at once.
My technical background has encompassed a variety of software programs including but not limited to Suretrak and Primavera P5 & P6 Scheduling, AS400 (Accounting Software), and Constructware (Project Management Software) Microsoft Office, Exce. I have the ability to both learn new software easily and to train others when necessary.
Thank you for your time and interest.
