Assisted in the development of an in - house OSP construction organization for installations of both copper and fiber optic systems in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Developed and implemented construction schedules and managed the field production work with a team of 1200 superintendents, foremen, technicians, and general labor as well as over 700 pieces of heavy and light equipment. Encountered exceptionally diverse and difficult geographic constraints excavating 50,000 psi granite rock, floods, etc. while continuing to maintain production schedules. Ensured safety and quality programs were properly integrated and supervised. Continual interfacing with Saudi Arabian Ministries and the customer’s engineering consulting firm. Established material procurement systems and managed material delivery logistics.

Estimated construction budgets while developing and implementing procurement and construction schedules.
