• Supervised, scheduled and planned activities for a team of 15 Microsoft/I.T. engineers supporting two data centers (SAP, Siebel, QA, DEV, SMS, AV,) and 230 remote servers (stores and corporate offices) that supported the entire company.
• Successfully lead the midops team to first VMware deployment.
• Managed installation, configuration and upgrades of Disk Subsystems and SANs. This primarily included EMC CLARiiON, Cisco MDS and McData Intrepid switches.
• Responsible for outsourced IBM relationship for all midrange server projects/support.
• Effectively conferred with programmers on strategies for creating new and modifying existing programs; implementing highly successful transitions for upgrades adherent to priorities and timelines.
• Administered allocation of managed resources balanced with the estimation of project demands to facilitate production.
