Project Superintendent
- While employed with the Douglas Company I successfully completed two projects during employment with The Douglas Company; A Mixed Use Retirement Facility and a forty-eight unit low income Retirement Community. During my time with The Douglas Company I led the restructuring of a quality assurance program as well as a Superintendent Accountability program which included scheduled inspection procedures as well as photo-catalogued deficiency documentation.
- The Wellington of Dayton was a 165,000 square foot wood frame building serving both independent and assisted living. The owner of the facility was Capital Senior Living (Texas). The job was slated for 18 months and was occupied less than 14 months from ground breaking and under budget. It was the flagship facility for the growing nursing care provider.
- The Lakewoods II was a 48 unit cluster community located in Toledo, Ohio which was completed six months ahead of contract with many redesign issues. The owners of this facility were the American Community Developers (Michigan). This was their first New Construction Community.
O’Keefe Development Columbus, OH 2004-2006
Project Manager
-Control all on-site activity, scheduling, customer relations, as well as contract negotiation. In first year, completed a 350 unit luxury apartment facility, ran the development on a 45 acre condominium site from ground break, and took over operations on an additional luxury condominium site.
Lifestyle Communities Columbus, OH 2002-2004
Field Superintendent
-In charge of all job site functions from land development to warranty completion. In 2 years, completed work on 5 projects, including 3 clubhouses, 500 condominiums, and 375 closings. Responsible for $40 million in closings during first calendar year of employment.
K & E Construction Columbus, OH 1999-2002
Field Superintendent
-Completed luxury apartment buildings. Took over a struggling project from the on-set, and completed it on time. Developed and implemented a scheduling system and a quality control system.

-Prior to K & E Construction, was employed for 5 years as a superintendent running multiple sites of single family, multi family, and commercial buildings.
-Throughout high school and college, was employed as a carpenter (rough and finish), a roofer, siding installer, and a general remodeler.
-After college, worked as a lead carpenter on custom homes for 3 years.
-Thorough knowledge of blueprints, site-development, scheduling, contract enforcement, building codes, and computer software.
