•Engineering Intern, The Engineering Enterprise, (TEE), Auburn, CA (Summer 2008) - Assisted in the design of electrical engineering systems for new and existing buildings. Work included CAD design; on-site survey; power distribution systems; branch circuit distribution; lighting and lighting control systems; fire alarm and life safety; telecommunication and audiovisual; grounding systems, emergency generation; connections to HVAC, plumbing, elevator, and other miscellaneous equipment.
•Owner and President of AvaTech (1997-2008) –AvaTech provides IT services to individuals and small companies. Services included over the phone and on-site technical support. Serve clients in the Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles County areas.
•Information Technology Assistant, Aspen Engineering and Construction Management Services, Inc., Los Angeles, CA (1998-2008) – Manage and maintain computer equipment and networks located in five regional offices throughout the United States, including technical support for management and engineering staff. Researched new wireless and system integration technology. Directly responsible for design, device acquisition, construction, implementation, and daily operation of Engineering LAN, data storage, computer, and communication equipment.
•IT Intern, Fox Sports West, Los Angeles, CA (Summer 1997) –Directly responsible to department head, performed listing of repair requests, conducted return merchandise approvals (RMAs), reconstructions and repairs of on-hand equipment, and new workstation setups as directed for employees and senior staff.
Project Highlights

•Solar/Battery Power Supply – Designed and implemented testing procedure for CalTrans EDAPTS project.
•DC Power Supply – Designed and built a DC power supply prototype, which included chassis fabrication, circuit design, board traces design, board etching and prototype assembly.
•DOT to ECE Headlight Conversion – Acquired ECE headlight assembly, designed conversion circuit for a US vehicle, dismantled /reassembled vehicle to install ECE headlights with support components, and rewire electrical circuits.
