Receive, log in, review, distribute to proper design discipline for review, respond and log out all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection shop drawings, product data and requests for information. Attend project meetings. Review the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems in accordance with contract documents and applicable codes, issue field reports including photos. Perform final punch-list, issue report including photos. Keep contract documents (plans and specifications) current. Review Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection pricing, including bid and change order. Manage issuance of contract documents in coordination with in-house designers and engineers, in-house production manager, architect and all other design disciplines. Vast knowledge of all types of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems, HVAC controls, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting and lighting controls. Extensive knowledge of building codes including but not limited to National Electric Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Building Code and National Fire Protection Association. Computer skills utilized are Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Primevera Suretrack, Prolog, Oracle, Newforma, AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat and web-based time and expense reporting.
