Delivered multiple large projects on time for Centex Homes. After starting oversight of new subdivision, learned that less-experienced manager was underperforming in another subdivision. Asked to simultaneously oversee both projects totaling 150 units. Created action plan and schedules for new field manager while overseeing new subdivision needs.
