Reworked $66M project timeline, completing 16 months of work in 12 months. Construction of 32-story mixed-use high-rise was stalled due to multiple issues, threatening completion. Conducted thorough analysis of all architectural plans and engineering processes. Created infrastructure to respond to 1000 RFIs, 60 ASIs and 30 plan revisions. Organized team to work out schedules for all phases of work and equipment deliveries.
Resolved $11M contract dispute for Brasfield & Gorrie. Owner refused to pay company after completing twin high-rise office building with an attached parking garage. Assigned to mitigate all issues. Documented all disputed issues. Met with architect and city representatives. Completed all outstanding and punch work items.
Completed 3-story, 60Ksf fully built-out project in ten months. Brice Building Company contracted to complete new headquarters building within 11 months. Organized team with architect, owner, city and subcontractors to schedule timeline and budget. Managed all project phases from ground up to occupancy. Identified and resolved any problems and/or long lead issues. Completed punch list, finishing project ahead of schedule.
Reworked damaged vertical utilities without adding to existing schedule. Fire in service elevator shaft caused extensive damage requiring major rework. Surveyed damage, designed strategy. Met with fire department, city officials, insurance inspectors and subcontractors to re-work all damaged in-place work, holding to timeline.
Finished struggling prototype Courtyard by Marriott on time and under budget. Four months into construction, architect and engineer were fired. Created punch list of concerns. Drafted all architectural and engineering issues, reviewing with in-house professionals. Scheduled new timeline through to completion.

Directed all phases of construction site project management including safety, scheduling, inspections, RFIs and schedule updates with the owner. Managed various aspects of estimating, presentations on design-build projects, field labor distribution, placement of superintendents on projects and material procurement. Managed 75 and $30M budget.
Superintendent, Damone/Borregard, ($50M construction firm), 1995 to 1998. Directed land procurement, estimating, permitting, subcontracts and overall site supervision. Supervised ACHA inspections.
