Manager for the Central Florida Division and then Division
Manager at the Marion Division. Supervised 9 Construction
Managers, an Assistant Division Manager and a Homesite Coordinator.
Responsible for the entire construction operations of the Division,
including compiling weekly reports and reviewing plans while
overseeing weekly starts and closings. Tasks include helping to establish
and maintain a successful trade base and budgeting.

and budgets.
