Integral role in take-offs, client meetings, architect communications, supervisor all subcontractors to ensure successful and timely project completion.
Lead Project Manager, VJM Architecture / Far Hills Design Build. Recruited in 2008 to provide back office and on-site management for high-profile residential construction projects. Shepherd project life cycles from client meetings through blueprint design, sign-off, pricing presentation and contract execution. Handle all materials purchase, sub-contractor selection and oversight. Perform budget/billing/settlement tracking and analysis. Schedule all permitting and inspections.
