-Duties: Building on my experiences as a Superintendent at CRC, my first priority at FPS I took the responsibility of completely reworking the company’s safety program. Within six months the company had a fully functional Accident Prevention Program, CPR/First Aid certifications, and Machinery certifications for all company employees. I was also responsible for coordinating materials, laborers, inspections, change orders and communications with the General Contractors on a daily basis. The combination of my knowledge of the construction industry, organization, and communication skills allowed FPS to run multiple installations simultaneously and on schedule while drastically reducing materials expenditure.

-Duties: As superintendent, was able to utilize my extensive knowledge of residential construction in the coordination of all aspects of home building from start to finish. In a fast paced multi tasking environment I coordinated bids, scheduling, management of all subcontractors on the company’s plat, as well as CRC’s own laborers. Also, I coordinated all inspections, obtaining sign offs and keeping projects on schedule. This helped me to develop and maintain a proper production schedule which I implemented throughout separate phases of construction on each lot. Lastly, as safety director I incorporated a successful Accident Prevention Program for the company, and maintained relations with Labor and Industries representatives.

-Duties: During my four summer tenure with Sajasa, I was able to gain experience and increasing levels of responsibility. Initially as general labor, I was taught the trade and became familiar with the unique leadership requirements of construction management, eventually reaching the role of Pipe Layer, with responsibilities for installation of underground utilities on multiple large scale residential projects.
