Produce on time projects, while hotels are in operation, managing every aspect from design, re-branding approvals, purchasing, construction process, staff development, development of subcontractor base, write scopes of work, subcontracts, and all construction documents through project close out. Manage multiple major projects concurrently on both the East and West Coasts with extensive experience in Los Angeles and New York City municipal agencies having jurisdiction.
