• Have successfully taken full responsibility for calculating all points and staking out several construction projects.
• Designed and implemented a method of note keeping, utilizing dated coordinate files and sketches to confirm the accuracy of all staked points on construction sites, thereby improving communications and minimizing liability.
• Overhauled communications process between office and field personnel by creating checklists for all types of general survey projects, thereby increasing productivity.
• Developed and victoriously tested a method of initial field reconnaissance utilizing available imagery, mapping, deed descriptions and handheld GPS.
• Successfully served as survey crew chief on several large-scale, physically and mentally demanding field survey projects.
• Calculated and recovered numerous ancient boundary corners from descriptions which often severely lacked for geometric closure and in some cases contained no bearings and/or distances.
