This assignment was to increase existing client revenue volume and to identify and secure new clients, as well as assist with project management needs to execute the ongoing business.
The challenge was a competitive market in an established industry.
Actions included face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects and the attendance of trade shows to grow the business. For managing the ongoing work, it meant coordinating field activities in California and Connecticut, from Texas.
Results attained included successful achievement of prescribed performance revenue targets.

Assignment included contractor solicitation, bidding and award, as well as A&E consultant coordination for permit acquisition. I was also responsible for material requisition of owner furnished items and safety and regulatory compliance.

Managed interior renovations to existing facilities at the Children’s Medical Center.
Challenges included confined work areas in an operating hospital environment.
In addition to normal contractor oversight of scope, quality and safety, this entailed dust and noise control as well as coordination between hospital staff, patients and families.

Coordinated and oversaw all field activity related to subcontractors and self-performed tradesmen.

$17MM renovation to their entire operations facilities, while maintaining daily operations for all city bus activity.
Scope included tilt-wall construction and structural steel, as well as self-performed site utilities.
Accomplished assigned goals of cost, safety and schedule through extensive coordination of contractors and in-house crews.
Texas Cancer Center – El Paso, TX
$5.5MM new construction of structural steel and heavy concrete foundations.
Project included two linear accelerators, CT Scan, MRI room and Simulator. These are highly complicated pieces of equipment that required technically complicated enclosures.
