2005 – 2006 Superintendent, Innovative Technical Solutions – Wingo Inn; $3m addition and renovation of a military hotel, responsibilities included full site supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors, locating local subcontractors, monthly progress reports, engineering and lay-out, resolution of field conflicts, punch out and project close out
2003 – 2005 Superintendent, RG Anderson Construction – Marcum & Wallace Hospital; $4m addition and renovation, responsibilities included are similar to those above and additionally generating and maintaining Suretrak schedule
1994 – 2003 Project Manager, Walter Harmon Construction – various projects, multiple projects at any one time for a smaller construction company, responsibilities included all project management, estimating and bidding, scheduling, project meetings, project proposals, from start up to an annual volume of $15 - 20m, also a key contributor to office policies and procedures, interviews and marketing
1989 – 1993 Civil Engineer, Gust K Newberg – J-6 LRTF; $170m Rocket Test Facility for the Air Force; responsible for rebar and structural steel, including buy-out, shop drawings, field resolution of conflicts and issues; Area Engineer – LA County Jail Expansion; $180m jail expansion, resolution of outstanding RFI issues
1987 – 1989 Owner, Calk Construction Services – owned and operated a small finish carpentry subcontracting firm, employed 10 -15 men full time
