Senior Construction Manager, LEED A.P.
• Achieved $1.3 million in cost savings on the Clayton Valley Shopping Center project - Phases I-IV. Assembled the consultant and contractor teams which resulted in on-time completion and under budget performance.
• Acquired $480,000 in cost reimbursements from the State of CA on a brown field redevelopment project. Coordinated with the property owner and remediation consultant to provide letters and additional supporting documentation to the State after denial of the original claim.
• Secured $380,000 in fee reimbursement and release of bond from the City for the Slatten Ranch center. Negotiated the land sale, setup the escrow account, managed the completion of the work and obtained final acceptance from the City for the off-site improvements.

• Led team that developed new RFP and due diligence formats, which improved the overall efficiency for preparation of documents and analysis of information critical to the selection and decision making processes.
Bayley Construction Co., Mercer Island, WA 1998 –2004

Project Manager
• Generated cost savings of over $1.5MM and managed the early completion of the Lynnwood Transit Center project. Contractual requirements mandated $1,000 per day liquidated damages. Solved schedule delay problems through guidance and management of key contractors to ensure timely production, delivery and installation of materials.
