My experience includes total on site construction and project management, on commercial and residential projects, on well over 600 million dollars in construction costs. Most recently I have been employed as Director of Business Development and Field Operations for Cities Edge Architects, a Hospitality and Lodging Design Firm. Prior to this I was Vice President of Development for a large Hotel and Water Park developer located in the mid west, overseeing all development , entitlements, design professionals and Construction Teams, on Limited and Full Service Hotels, along with Full Service Indoor Water Park Resorts throughout the country. I have been instrumental in locating and working with design teams to develop and implement a new prototype Water Park Resort. In addition I spent a lot of time touring the country and purchasing prime sites for development, working with and developing relationships with investors, and outside developers.

Responsibilities include, hiring and managing Architects, Consultants, General Contractors, permitting, developing and managing upgrade programs, establishing and managing project budgets, managing entitlements, for upcoming projects, on large multi story, multi use projects in excess of 50 million each. In addition, I manage tenant build outs for retail.
