Managed due diligence requirements and governmental land-use approval through out the western 3 states. Oversaw the construction of new stores starting from the bidding process through the store opening. Responsibilities would include up to four to five new stores and numerous existing store renovation in western 3 states at a time. Coordinated and obtained federal, state and local regulatory land use approvals. Interfaced with local planning, operating, financial and legal organizations to meet local requirements and create positive relationship with community and civic leaders. Approved all design changes and change orders. Insured that the store or renovations were completed and opened on schedule.
