- At national construction contracting consolidators with up to 15,000 employees, planned virtual universities in support of key business initiatives designed to manage enterprise change from growth to execution phases. Built national service and installation technician development programs from scratch. Leveraged purchasing power to negotiate training co-development aid and reduced prices from a manufacturer with directly competing service division. Stepped in to assist Chief Operating Officer when management development executive left unexpectedly. Recommended course improvements and helped negotiate next year's contract to continue and expand the program. - Coordinated the execution of Construction Industry Institute Best Practices on a $500 million multi-project expansion program in the US as Implementation Champion. Adapted checklist surveys to measure level of best practice implementation. Used consultation skills to help program team select and focus on particular best practices with highest returns. Identified measurement strategies and collected lessons learned. Prepared owner, contractor and supplier integrated team panelists for an industry-wide annual conference presentation.
- Synthesized, sold, implemented and evaluated a year-long Leadership Development Series for high-potential candidates at the US division of an international engineering and construction company. Series demonstrably improved communications, business savvy, and project management skills. Success of the program resulted in its repetition. Simultaneously managed NCCER craft training program for up to 3,500 construction craft personnel.
- Coordinated the execution of a Total Quality Management Process for the construction phase of a large refinery expansion project.
