Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
o Research and estimate competitive bid projects, including commercial, institutional, and residential construction projects. Research and estimate budgetary design–build projects working directly with the design build contractor designated on specific projects.
o Track and negotiate projects of which the Proposal made to the awarding contractor had been successfully accepted and considered further than the initial bid phase.
o Set up and manage all aspects of contracts awarded via the bidding and qualification process, from contract signature execution to final close out of contract requirements.
o Obtain all shop drawings, submittal product data and physical samples in compliance with the contract documents, construction plans, and specifications manual.
o Purchase materials required for the complete installation upon approval of shop drawings and submittals, and verification of the project schedule with the project superintendent.
o Schedule manpower for the installation of the products working in coordination with the Controlling Contractor and all other trades affected by our work.
o Support installation crew during the course of construction by managing material orders; attending job site visits in an effort to alleviate any delays to the installation schedule caused by trade installation conflicts and researching any questions and/or conflicts within the construction documents.
o Research and draft new product specification and installation details.

Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
o Project schedule development, including modification of schedules using data gathered from the project teams, historic models, and project plans and specifications.
o Project schedule updates, including maintenance of all electronic schedule files, using data gathered from the project sites.
o Identification of project delays, both compensable and non-compensable delays, delay history research, development of delay activity schedule fragnets for implementation into the project schedules, and providing back up for project delay claims.
