Responsible for the inspection of new road and bridge construction. Inspected ROW prep and RCP placement to line, grade, and inlet construction. Experience in all aspects of new road construction from treated sub-grades (lime-treated and flex-base) to hot mix and/or continuously reinforced concrete paving, driveways, and approaches. Other duties include measuring quantities to pay contractors and inspecting all work to meet specifications for plans. In charge of large projects ranging from 1-4 million dollars; such as road widening, bridge removal and bridge replacements.
