I am very interested in an architecture project manager position with your firm and am submitting my resume for your consideration. I have over 25 years experience in architecture and interior architecture, with expertise in all phases of design from leading the successful interview team, through the design and documentation, construction administration; with the desire of delivering successful projects to satisfied clients.
Most recently I was the Director of Architecture with David Mason & Associates, (DMA), responsible for supervising the department of ten persons at office locations in St. Louis, Chicago and Dallas. As director, I was responsible for management strategies and architectural design. Duties include office earnings reports, man-hour projections, maintaining billable hours, project status reports, approvals of invoices, and ultimately, the architectural department’s profitability. Under my leadership the architectural department has overall earnings in excess of $1,800,000. As the lead project manager I was responsible for all architectural designs from conception through construction for both new and renovation projects. I enjoy a collaborative design approach within the office of DMA and with other design professionals.
I will appreciate the opportunity to discuss how my experience and qualifications will best suit your needs. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
