Job Description: Over 2 years I oversaw the production of over 150 homes and personally ran another 20. I worked with upper management to install a Pro-Soft Scheduling (PS Client) software and train superintendents on its proper use. In a recent “Pushâ€, I worked as an estimator to produce over 40 Job Starts using Pro-Soft Estimating (Éclair) and Accounting (Gemini) software.
Responsibilities: I managed as many as 7 superintendents at one time and worked in 5 different subdivisions. I implemented production objectives through weekly subcontractor, safety training, construction training and community sales meetings.

Job Description: In two years, I succeeded in completing the last two phases of the “Walden Chase†subdivision which provided Customers with an "upscale" product in St. Johns County. My efforts, including those of another superintendent and the project manager, allowed us to adapt to the demands of our customers, the scheduling of a depleted subcontractor base and the coordination of a staging system for scheduling.
Responsibilities: I worked with one other superintendent at any given time to manage the construction of over 100 semi-custom homes.

Job Description: Initially, I finished & closed on 33 of East Hampton’s upscale homes. Secondly, I worked on a 3-story, block construction, condominium complex of the Stonebridge Horizons. Thirdly, I finished off the last 8-plexes (town homes) in Brightwater. Finally, I pioneered a new 28-foot, 2-car, 8-plex product in Oxford Chase.
Responsibilities: I re-worked schedules using excel spreadsheets to reduce building times, introduced a “Partnering†program for subcontractors and improved the quality of work with “Check Lists†and “Scopes of Work†that were comprehensive and concise. During this time I received extensive training concerning safety & O.S.H.A. requirements and became proficient with an RTLV (Rough Terrain Loader).

Job Description: I Managed the Development of 85 single-family homes in the first 12 months of The Weems Plantation Subdivision and 35 single-family homes in the first 6 months of the Gardens of Weems.
Responsibilities: I had to coordinate with office personnel and one other superintendent all phases of the construction process. I Clarified sales specifications with the homeowners to insure custom details were integrated into their homes and I scheduled all the subcontractors and supply shipments to coincide with a 60-day turnover plan. I ensured quality control by working closely with office staff, reviewing subcontractor labor directly and resolving any discrepancies with amicable solutions.
Job Description: I administered the residential branch of the company and assisted commercially on various productions.
Responsibilities: I worked directly for the president of the company producing construction specifications, cost analysis and homeowner allocations for each project bid upon and/or awarded. Tasks performed included: constructing material and labor take-off, compiling bids, contracting subs, coordinating material and labor, approving invoices, reviewing budget analysis, constructing reports and producing standardized forms and procedures.

I planed and scheduled all jobs, prepared and submitted the county and city permits, hired the subcontractors and any temporary services personnel, supervised the contracts, closing activities and any coordination with customers and realtors.
