Served as owner/site manager on many EPA projects, including erosion control and water diversion strategies. This included road side restoration with grading, seeding and mulching and silt fence installation along with swale water diversion.
Company Construction & Demolition Projects (1979 to 2008)
Diverse construction/demolition projects, including the site prep for new residential and commercial construction, custom grading for architect projects, parking lots, warehouse foundation, residential foundations and yards, including removing trees and cleared site for construction, as well as demolitions to fire damaged and abandon structure. Equipment used in these projects include, track and rubber tire frontend loaders, backhoes, excavators, tandem dump trucks, flatbed trucks and trailers. Also, compactors, trenchers, chippers for brush, tractors with diverse implements, skid loader, bulldozers, and tractor drawn scrapers. These projects sometime required shooting grade with transit and laser, along with setting culverts and septic and drain field installation.
