Superintendent Project superintendent on Seigle Diagnostic Center for the CCSD. An overview of duties included the review of plans and addendums, RFI’s, administrative documentation and various reports, scheduling inspections, weekly subcontractor safety meetings, weekly meetings with owner, architect and project manager.
Greenstreet Properties Las Vegas, NV 2002 - 2009
Superintendent Responsible for large, multi-phased retail center projects from ground-up and numerous national chain tenant build-outs. Participated in architect and general contractor weekly meetings.
In addition, I was responsible for RFI’s, COR, Billing and VE of projects. Reviewed plans, involvement in the buyout, pre-con with subs to review schedule and expectations. Setup construction trailer; implement SWPPP & master project schedule. Weekly meeting for coordination and 3-week look ahead with all subcontractors. Schedule inspections, maintain constant contact with owners and work with architects on RFI’s and punch list.

Superintendent Longest tenured superintendent. Requested by Washington Mutual Bank and Greenstreet Properties to run all their projects. Reviewed plans for accuracy, contacted all subcontractors for staging and project start dates. Maintained constant contact with owner, weekly meetings with project manager, owner or owner’s representative and subcontractors for job progress and safety reviews.
