Key contributor for the delivery of 118 3 – 4 story townhomes and 50 single family homes.
Work load carry averaging 15-20, 2,100-3,000 square foot town homes with a total of over $8 million dollars of inventory.
Coordinate and direct the various trades to insure they have the materials and personnel to complete the work in accordance with the project schedule. Confirm manufacture, shipping, and other crucial dates.
Maintain appropriate records to comply with OSHA regulations, as well as for good management practices.
Participate in regular subcontractor and safety meetings, and keep records of same.
Complete oversight, management, and supervision of subcontractors. Review and approve all payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct buyer walks prior to closings and insure the closing schedule is maintained.
Manage the Post-Construction phase of the operation, keeping accurate and up-to-date punch list records.
Evaluate home owner service requests and determine if warrantable per the company specifications
Maintaining relationships with current customers while ensuring clear communications between corporate services and the home owner.
Responsible for maintaining paperwork and records as they pertain to current home owner requests.
Monitor response time for customer repairs.
Manage and control as-built and other construction documents during the construction phases of each unit.
Assume additional responsibilities as directed by Field/Corporate/Division executives.
Liaison between Building Departments and homebuilding. Responsible for scheduling, and accompanying inspections property wide.
Known for a great attitude; excelled in building rapport and creating positive and productive relationships with tradesmen, superintendents, inspectors, and homebuyers.
