• Manage completion of projects for relocations, events, and workshops ranging in scope from $2K to $3M. Supervised over 2700 relocations, including 400 major projects (2005).
• Meet with internal clients to discuss relocations of individuals and business units throughout four area sites.
• Identify requirements, review business cases, determine value of relocation, and work with site managers to determine space availability, develop costs estimates, and obtain corporate VP approval.
• Lead project teams (designers, movers, electricians and other staff) to scope projects, develop estimates, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop scopes of work with time lines, budget, capital expenses, and post-move support.
• Work with contract architectural designers, develop blueprints, and review print with customer to identify changes and adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate IT and data support, construction, contract movers, and set date for moves.
