Revolving Doors, and 118 automatic doors for this 2 million sq ft seismic zone-four critical-use facility
➢ Formed and supervised a design / drafting team to create and revise over 2,000 submittal and shop-drawings for the Besam-SFO project, ensuring ‘constructability’, and winning approvals for all designs, revisions, and change-orders.
➢ Effectively directed the scheduling, logistics, design and fabrication of long-lead complex custom parts and assemblies from Europe, and 9 custom fabrication sub-contractors across the United States, for on-time and correct-fit delivery to the project site
➢ Created and directed an installation / construction team consisting of a 35 person, three union crew that successfully installed the work at multiple concurrent sites for this extremely complex $6.8 million contract
