$200M Construction Management Contract. Lowered the field 14.5 feet with the
installation of a 45’ deep slurry wall, replacement of all deteriorated CIP seating, all new
bench seats, expansion of the upper seating bowl, all new concession stands, toilet
rooms, locker rooms, new scoreboard, new suites and club lounge.

games in the stadium. Seating capacity went from 80,000 to 101,000.
