Most currently, I held a Project Manager position with Wespac Construction out of their Phoenix Az. Office. My project was an 18M HOA Clubhouse for Shea Homes located on the Central Coast of California.
Previously, I held a Senior Project Management position with Clark Design/Build of California. Projects consisted of constructing over 2.5 Mil S.F. of Class “A” Office space, totaling over $400 Mil. Working for a Design/Build General Contractor, I managed the Systems Confirmation process for all elements of a building i.e. MEP, Exterior Enclosure, Fire and Life Safety, Security, Structural etc. I consider myself very knowledgeable in commercial products, means & methods and Building Codes.
As my resume demonstrates I have considerable experience in commercial building, ranging from medical research facilities to hotel/casino high-rise projects. My field experience is extensive coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills. I hold a Nevada and California General Contractors "B" License; I am also a LEED NC 2.2 Accredited Professional.
The majority of my larger hotel, office building and casino projects have been Fast-Track Design/Build; I have also prepared Hard Bid and GMP proposals.
