Be advised, I have held employee and labor relations generalist leadership roles in manufacturing and consumer goods industries. I have been responsible for providing consultative HR approaches throughout the Midwest region. I have a BA in Business Administration from Northwood University, Midland, Michigan with course work towards a MBA and over fifteen (15) years of human resources work experience. I have successfully demonstrated the following:
• Lead the effort to implement HR operating standards for the business in support of the Human Capital Scorecard for local and regional accounts in readiness areas of Capacity, Capability and Engagement (i.e. on-boarding, talent management processes, HR metrics, Talent Pipelining etc.).
• Champion multi local sites and regional accounts for business needs and issue resolution with regard to partners in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Staffing, Employment Practices and Labor Relations.
• Sr. HR partner to Regional Director and HR field support.
• Lead and ensure highest level of quality to annual people processes; (i.e. performance management, succession planning, salary and incentive planning, rewards and recognition).
• Partner/collaborate with clients and other internal/external resources on the acquisition and development of talent to ensure account readiness.
• Partner with Regional HR Director to develop and implement HR strategic and operating plan.
• Facilitate conference calls and develop meeting agendas for monthly HR meetings using various tools (I.e. power point presentations, scorecards with monthly metrics and client reports).
• Responsible for EEO compliance and training, and quality and safety records in lean manufacturing production facilities.
• Monitored and insured legal compliance as it related to FMLA, OSHA, USDA, FLSA, EEOC, Equal Pay, Title VII, etc.
