Thirty years experience in Reliability/Projects/Construction/Maintenance/Testing for the nuclear power plant and refinery industry.
Delaware City Power Plant & Refinery: Valero (11/06 to Present), Conectiv (10/01 to 11/06), Aerotek (6/5/01 to 10/2), (Contract to direct to new refinery owner at the same location).
Project/Reliability Engineer – Nine years of Operations, Maintenance support and modifications to systems related to a power plant and a 190,000 barrels/day refinery. Managed corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis and modifications for fixed and rotating equipment for a combined cycle of four boilers, two CT/HRSG, two Coke Gasification Units, 5000 gpm Demin Water Plant, Blenders, Utilities, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Compressors, Air Separation Unit (ASU), Facilities and Delaware River Loading Piers. Root Cause Analysis (TapRooT) for the above areas (Extensive use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems CMMS, SAP, Maximo, PIMS, Primavera, Microsoft Office applications and Compress). I have working knowledge of API 530, 570, 571, 579, 653, ASME Section VIII, B16, and B31 codes. $3.5 million dollars a year saved with Water Plant upgrades and improvements. Recently installed 2000 ft of piping, valves and control stations too change refinery operations from sour to sweet crude.

Process Test Engineer: Steam Generator Replacement: Developed plan and procedures and performed testing Containment and CRDM HVAC. Developed and implemented plan for temporary cooling for Containment, Control Room and Aux. Building. Performed RCS Flow Analysis and HVAC bus testing too support Power Uprate.
Clinton Power Station Contract: NACES, Inc. (11/30/98 to 05/06/99)
Process Test Engineer: Post modification system testing for safety systems and HVAC testing.
Indian Point Nuclear Station Unit 2 Contract: Cataract, Inc. (01/09/98 to 08/23/98)
In-service Test Engineer: Licensing audit of IST Program/FSAR requirements.
Millstone Nuclear Station Contract: Cataract, Inc. (10/06/97 to 11/26/97)
Procedure Writer: In-service test procedures for the restart of Millstone Plant 3.
Comanche Peak Nuclear Plant Contract to direct: Texas Utilities (8/23/93 to 8/8/97) PTS (1/93 to 8/93) IMS, Inc. (3/92 to 12/92) (Contract to direct hired).
Startup/Senior Maintenance Engineer: Construction, commissioning and test thru commercial operation, management of preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance for rotating and fixed equipment for two PWR Westinghouse nuclear plants. Outage Coordinator: Supervised Containment critical path activities.

Maintenance Engineer: Developed and implemented program for ten-year ISI Hydrostatic testing.
