2007 to present Solar Sky (Kassel, Germany)
My company Solar Sky leads international projects throughout the world. In Germany we concentrate on projects with the government. For example, Solar Sky organized a solar energy project for a residential area on a Finnish island in 2008.
As International Project Director my duties included:
• Preconstruction and construction meetings with Design Teams (monthly).
• Create and track project budgets and schedules of values.
• Pre-bid subcontractor qualifications and post-bid interviews.
• Project buy-out including issuing subcontract agreements and material PO’s
• Facilitate weekly Owner / Architect / contractor progress meetings.
• Commissioning & Close out.
2006 Wirth Solar (Karlsruhe, Germany)
International Project Director
I was responsible for all Hybrid (Solar, Wind energy, Battery, Backup System) Renewable Energy projects throughout the world with this firm. Wirth Solar is a Hybrid energy / system contractor for worldwide projects.
I managed and closed out projects in many countries.
As International Project Director my duties included:
• Preconstruction and construction meetings with Design Teams (monthly).
• Create and track project budgets and schedules of values.
• Project buy-out including issuing subcontract agreements and material PO’s
• Facilitate weekly Owner / Architect / contractor progress meetings.
• Weekly internal reporting meetings with corporate management.
• Monthly budget meetings.
• Coordination with Architect / Design Engineers including RFI’s.

2003 - 2006 RWE SCHOTT Solar (The energy Company) (Alzenau, Germany)

I was responsible for all Hybrid Renewable Energy projects throughout the world where this firm operates. We are the largest Hybrid energy / system contractor in the world. I managed and closed out project in Spain, Italy, Germany, England, France, Morocco and many other countries.
2002 - 2003 NAU The Environment Company (Landshut, Germany)
Project Manager / Sales / Quality Control Manager
I was responsible for the day-to-day operation for this firm. There were 120 people working under my authority. Reviewed drawings and specifications for constructability, evaluate and prepare recommendations for changes in scope of work, lead team meetings, review consultant work, approve payments, and establish / implement an effective quality control program for compliance.
1998 - 2002 SolarWorld AG The Power Company (Bonn, Germany)
Project and sales Manger
Responsible for day-to-day sales, operation and development of solar projects for the RWE company (The Energy Supplier for Europe). These were the largest projects in Germany. This included subcontract negotiations, issuing subcontracts, subcontractor billing analysis, submittal review and processing, scheduling, clarifications, progress billings, change orders.
1997 - 1998 Tyco International (Frankfurt, Germany)
Sales / Quality Control Manager
Responsible for alarm systems in the banking industry throughout Europe. Tyco designed alarm systems that were incorporated in banks and lending institutions. Checked installation for compliance with ISO 9000 and other certification requirements.
1993 - 1997 ISET (Institute for Solar Energy Supply Technical) (Kassel, Germany).
Project Manager – Power Conditioning Technology
Responsible manager / research on the first European Hybrid (Solar, Wind, Battery & Generator System) Project. This was the first energy supply in renewable energy system in Europe. This included subcontract negotiations, issuing subcontracts, subcontractor billing analysis, submittal review and processing, scheduling, clarifications, progress billings, change orders. This research resulted in a template for all renewable energy projects throughout the world (Greece, China, Africa and Asia). New Off grid Inverter develops in ISET for SMA “Sunny Islandâ€.

As a teaching assistant I prepared teaching assignments which included electrical experiments.
I prepared the lab for these experiments which included 3 phase and transformer reactions.
The theoretical and practical tests were prepared by me through Prof. Dr.-Ing. B. Weidemann.
1986 - 1989 Phillips International, Inc (Kassel, Germany)
Lab Manager / Supervisor
Supervised the programming Assembler cards on the PMC Plastic Machine Control 2000. These machines were, by Phillips to make plastic parts used in the car industry. My responsibility was to program these cards into Assembler language for the plant.
