* Responsible for all field construction processes for three building, mixed use, 182-unit Carnegie Plaza project in Anaheim, California ($60 million project).
* Promoted after only six months on the job.
* Leadership provided to field management personnel while maintaining a high level of morale. Responsible for the supervision, organization, planning and scheduling of work performed on the job site.
* Ensured the scheduling of specialty crews and subcontractors, prepared and/or approved schedule flow of subcontractors to make sure work executed in accordance with the terms and conditions of subcontract.
* Facilitated the coordination of all inspections with local, state governing agencies and owner representatives.
* Developed and maintained mutually supportive working relationships with owners, owner representatives, architects, project managers, project engineers and company executives.
* Preparation and monitoring of project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure that projects are on time and within budget.
* Reviewed and validated invoices, contract amendments, change orders and provided corrective measures.

* Led the full-cycle coordination and project planning of sub-contractors, operators and inspectors in the construction of environmental remediation systems.
* Managed the installation of groundwater, soil vapor extraction and air sparging wells.
* Field team leader on year-long Department of Defense (D.O.D.) project on USMCAS Miramar. Charged with the re-piping of all of the water systems on entire Marine Corps base, including living quarters.
