To be a vital asset to your organization using my extensive background and expertise in the construction industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have always easily developed very good working relationships with architects, inspectors, supervisors, engineers, and owners. I am a leader, a problem solver, and I work well under pressure. I have excellent organization and scheduling skills. My work is always quality oriented and I am proud of my work when I finish a job. I pride myself on being firm, yet fair and motivating, with my crews.
My father was a contractor (EBS Enterprises). I was lead man over my first crew, building a 150-unit hotel, in 1980, at age 17. I ran a crew, building my first LDS stake center, at age 18. I worked for 2 years building forest service housing, during which I adeptly organized materials and manpower to remote locations. I have experience building large custom homes, including log and timber, from bidding phase to turn key. The last 10 years of my experience encompasses primarily large custom homes and commercial projects, including custom build lodges and hotels. I have been a project manager over multi-million dollar homes.
From framing and finishing concrete at 12 years old, to successfully running my own company for 3 years, to capably overseeing the construction facet of 2 log home companies, I can confidently say I’ve done about everything in construction. I am above average in almost every aspect of the business.
I am qualified to work in a project management position as well as willing to be bags-on, or a combination of both. I am in excellent physical shape and am willing to work in the capacity of an hourly or salaried employee. I will work as a sub-contractor, and/or as a consultant. I am willing to travel or possibly re-locate.

OTHER INTERESTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
I often work with one of my long time friends at the Hale Centre Theatre, in Salt Lake City, Utah, building stage sets for plays put on by the theater. I have built all kinds of props, including a pirate ship, trap-door floors, elaborate water effects, as well as lots of automated apparatuses Being asked to make an artist’s vision into a reality is both interesting and challenging.
I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, helping build houses for people in need. It is important to me to ‘give forward’ as I feel our talents are blessings and should be shared.
My wife and I have sponsored 23 foreign exchange students throughout the years.
