Power plant upgrade consisting of the addition of two scrubbers and one FGD. Owners’ representative regarding all civil/structural issues. Project liaison assisting site manager in daily functions and site coverage. In return, working directly with GC to ensure proper installation while delivering solid safety statistics. Reporting for the client on all issues including installation methods, schedule, production, safety, and quality assurance. Coordinated and managed third party inspections for concrete work where required. Working directly with project engineers dealing with NCR, RFI, DCN and other related issues.

Grant Forest Products - 270 Million-dollar project in Clarendon County, SC
Greenfield OSB project; in charge of setting up site, coordinating with State and Federal officials concerning permits, inspections, and regulations. Managed all civil contracts to include third party inspections where required as well as site preparation of approximately 42, 000 cubic yards of concrete and 450,000 cubic yards of earth work. Daily responsibilities included interfacing with engineers and client, assisted in maintaining safety, payroll and human resource department functions, budget, schedule, as well as overall project management. Achieved approximately 500,000 man-hours without a lost time accident.
