As a senior building Mechanical systems design engineer with experience in quality management system, I hereby would like to summarize my key responsibilities for a better understanding of my capabilities and skills. I am computer literate & have the ability to work with relevant software including MS Office, AutoCAD-2008, Trace-700, Carrier HAP and EnergyPro Title-24 compliance software. I am also familiar with the U.S. Green Building Council requirements on energy efficiency concepts.
My CV/Resume is enclosed to provide you with a list of my skills, accomplishments and the projects I have managed or participated in the actual design. I do have over 3 years working experience in quality management system within an engineering design environment, implementing and internal auditing of the following aspects:

List of responsibilities I managed as a team leader and senior Mechanical systems design engineer are summarized below:
• Meetings with facility and/ or project clients to identify their requirements, define the overall scope of the project.
• Extracting financial impact of undertaking the project with available resources in terms of man-hour to be reported in the management meeting.
• Preparing project financial proposal in direct coordination with principal management to implement company’s strategies.
• Managing all aspects of the project, interface with client representatives, client/architectural coordination, correspondences and field work as needed.
• Attend meetings with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them.
• Engineering design tasks on projects including HVAC, Plumbing or water based fire protection system designs as necessary:
- Estimation of loads, preparation of design criteria during the schematic design phase.
- Preliminary building load calculation, main equipment sizing and outline specifications during the design development phase.
- Design calculation, preparation of drawings, full specifications and equipment datasheets (cut-sheets) as per project scope and time schedule during the CD phase.
• Perform project reviews, QC monitoring of construction documents and coordinating design works with engineers of other disciplines.
• Financial monitoring of the project to stay within acceptable man-hour range.
• Monitoring the project for any extra works instructed by client not within the contracted scope of project and responsibilities.
• Coordination with the contractor, providing necessary engineering support, reply to RFIs and review of submittals for compliance with specifications and drawings during construction phase.
• Meeting with management team and reporting project status.
• Visit project sites during construction to monitor construction compliance with issued documents.
• Report writing as necessary.
