Sir/Madame;
I’ve been in the construction industry for over 35 years starting as a laborer and working my way to Project Manager & Estimator for some of the larger Civil/Mechanical firms in the Valley. T he last 6 -7 years I’ve been working as an estimator of Project Manager for Civil General contractors, concentrating on pumping & treatment plants. I have a tight, trustworthy network of suppliers and subcontractors. I’m used to self performing HVAC, Process Pipe, Plumbing, Concrete, Site Work, and Startup & Testing. I enjoy working in a team atmosphere and can also take a project from land acquisition to turn-over without a large support crew as well.
I’m an honest and dependable employee and can references to verify my work habits and abilities. I do not mind travel, but do avoid flying if at all possible. I have managed and supervised many out of town projects, as both a both mechanical Sub or Prime Contractor & Civil General Contractor, establishing local accounts, dealing with local owners, inspectors , engineers, & architects, pulling permits, setting up office facilities, hiring crews, etc. I thank you for your time in reading this not and reviewing the attached resume, and hope you’ll consider me for any current or future projects.
Sincerely,
Mike Levi
