I’m currently working for Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Kathmandu, Nepal since 1988 in Project Development Department, Engineering Services. I have done Master's in Civil Hydropower Engineering from Belarussion Polytechnical College June 1988. Minsk capital city of Belarussia, ex. USSR. I have been in hydropower sector and served at many levels – reconnaissance, prefeasibility, feasibility, detailed design, construction supervisor and hydropower project manager at NEA. In 1997 Nepal Government allowed the private companies to develop hydropower plants; since then I have been involved with private companies to develop Water Resources Development (hydropower plants) all over the country.
