Simulation of an “ATMOSPHERIC CRUDE TOWER†using HYSYS and PRO/IIâ€
– Simulation of a atmospheric crude tower to process raw crude
– Main job was to obtain products Naptha, Kerosen, Diesel, Atmospheric Gas Oil (AGO) from raw crude and products purity specifications are maintained.
– And also observed how the feed composition will effect the flow sheet
Designed a plant model for the “PRODUCTION OF PHENOL AND ACETONE†using ASPEN PLUS
– Reviewed PFD and developed a base case for manufacturing of Phenol and Acetone using Aspen Plus 2006.
– Modified the process conditions and developed a final case with better purity compared to the base case.
– Developed design specifications, performed sensitivity analysis, optimization and cost analysis.
Modeled a Refinery Process unit: ALKYLATION UNIT using HYSYS
– Modeled an HF Alkylation using ‘Kaes’data in Hysys
