Completed key engineering and plan production roles on several urban redevelopment projects.
· Designed new storm and sewer systems around tightly placed existing utilities for a 27 acre, $126 million redevelopment in a complex urban area in downtown Atlanta.
· Produced water supply plans for a 819 unit, 30 acre $145 million multi-family development.
· Conducted phased design of erosion control measures for a 24 acre retirement community.
· Conducted road design, profiling, and grading for a mixed-use development in Cary, NC.
· Designed several concrete retaining walls up to 20 feet height to support an elevated swimming pool.
· Helped City of Atlanta government obtain State erosion certification via our projects.

Completed the design and plans for an emergency repair of a golf course pond outfall. Supervised draftsmen and conducted oversight for the on-time design and plan completion of an auto-dealership expansion.

Conducted civil and structural design, plan production, permitting, and project management of several commercial and residential development projects.
· Performed hydrological basin analysis and designed detention ponds and outfall structures for subdivisions and commercial developments.
· Completed HEC-2 Flood Study adjacent to a subdivision to assure homes would not be flooded.
· Completed Dam Break analysis for a 50 acre pond, safeguarding downstream properties.
· Designed storm, sanitary, and water utilities for commercial and residential projects.
· Produced and permitted sanitary availability and capacity studies for several restaurants.
· Provided structural engineering support for the $10 million structural expansion of the Turner Field scoreboard.
