Chief Engineer and Research and Development, responsible for new engine heating products and system design in Research & Development to determine O.E M. requirements for new heating systems. Set up tool and die manufacturing area, initiated in house plastic injection molding area. Developed heating system field installation procedures and
set up drafting department, establish test procedures for testing new products, designed heating to meet MIL-standards for high shock and vibration, and visit OEM with Marketing for new product designs.
